Shipping policy

All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days, not including weekends, holidays, and those noted in banners on home page.  

Express/Expedited shipping will be paid additionally by the customer.  Expedited shipping will be prioritized over express and standard shipping. Express shipping will be prioritized over standard shipping.  Express/expedited shipping is not guaranteed once the package leaves our hands.  We select shipping based upon customer preferences chosen by the customer.  Once packages are dropped off at USPS, FEDEX, or UPS it is then their responsibility to deliver in a timely fashion as stated in their shipping policies.

Any and all delays due to carrier issues is beyond our control and we will not accept responsibility or issue shipping refunds due these delays.  

Our local post offices are closed on weekends and all major holidays.  Shipping will occur M-F unless a federal holiday falls between those weekdays.  Shipping will NOT occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.  In the event that shipping is delayed due to holidays or weekends, we will ship out the next business day (ie. order placed on Friday, holiday closure occurs on Monday, then shipment will take place on Tuesday).
