Refund policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not accepted under any circumstance. By placing an order, you agree to this strict no refund policy.  

In the unfortunate circumstance that an item arrives damaged, you must immediately send an email to naturesessencecrystals@gmail.com. This email must contain images of all 6 sides of the box or both sides of the soft pack mailer, along with pictures of ALL packing material. The email must also contain pictures and/or videos of the items damaged.  In the case of damaged items, a replacement if available will be shipped and a claim will be opened through insurance if purchased by the customer.

You must purchase insurance on any items under $100 in value.  Insurance will be automatically included on items that are valued over $100.  In the event that insurance is not purchased, no refund will be issued. Â
