All sales are final. Refunds are not accepted under any circumstance. By placing an order, you agree to this strict no refund policy. Â
In the unfortunate circumstance that an item arrives damaged, you must immediately send an email to naturesessencecrystals@gmail.com. This email must contain images of all 6 sides of the box or both sides of the soft pack mailer, along with pictures of ALL packing material. The email must also contain pictures and/or videos of the items damaged. Â In the case of damaged items, a replacement if available will be shipped and a claim will be opened through insurance if purchased by the customer.
You must purchase insurance on any items under $100 in value. Â Insurance will be automatically included on items that are valued over $100. Â In the event that insurance is not purchased, no refund will be issued. Â
